Fair questions, straight answers.
Everything people ask before the call, in five groups. Anything else, ask on the call or in the chat.
The list
What kind of list do I need?
Past customers, old estimates, missed calls, and form fills. If they did business with you or reached out to you, they belong on it. A spreadsheet or a CRM export works.
Is my list too small or too old?
A few hundred names is enough to be worth it. Age matters less than you would think: a customer from three years ago still knows your name.
What if my list is a mess?
Most are. We clean it first: dead numbers and bounced emails out, duplicates merged, the people worth a conversation in. You see the count before anything goes out.
What happens to my customer data?
We use your list only to run your campaigns. We do not sell it and we do not use it for anyone else.
The messages
Who do the messages come from?
Your business, by name. Your customers hear from the company they already know.
Will this bother my customers?
Messages are personal, spaced out, and sent at reasonable hours in each customer's time zone. Anyone who says stop never hears from us again.
What happens when someone replies?
Your rep reads it. A yes gets a time, a question gets an answer, a "not now" gets remembered for later, and a stop ends it on every channel.
What if they ask something only I can answer?
It comes to your team with the whole thread attached, so you answer once and the conversation carries on.
Do you call people too?
When it fits. Text, email, and phone share one memory of the thread, so nobody gets asked the same thing twice.
The rules
Is this legal?
Yes, when it is done the way we do it: only people who did business with you or reached out, a clear sender, reasonable hours, and stop means stop. The full rules are on our How we contact your customers page.
What about state rules?
Quiet hours and consent rules differ by state. We apply the stricter rule for each customer's location, not your office's.
Can I approve the messages first?
Yes. Nothing goes out until you have seen the plan and the first messages.
Pricing and the call
How is pricing handled?
Every engagement is scoped on a call around your list and your average job. There is no rate card, and nothing goes out until the terms are agreed.
What moves the price?
Three things: the size of your list, which channels we use, and whether your team or ours answers the handoffs.
How fast does it start?
Most lists are cleaned and sending within a week of the call. The first replies usually come the same day a campaign starts.
Do I need new software?
No. We set it all up. You get a dashboard to see every conversation and appointment.
What is the call like?
Fifteen minutes. Bring a rough count of your list and your average job. We tell you what it could be worth and how we would run it. No pressure, no obligation.
Agencies
Do you work with agencies?
Yes. Agencies run Rekindle IQ for their own clients from one login, with their own margin on top. See the For agencies page.
Can my clients see the dashboard?
Each client gets their own login and their own results page. You see all of them from one place.
Still have a question? Ask it on the call.
Fifteen minutes. Bring a rough count of your list and your average job, and we will answer everything else.
No pressure. No obligation.
