Rekindle my list
Done right

How we contact your customers.

The rules we run every campaign by, in plain English. Your customers, your name, reasonable hours, and stop means stop.

The rules

Eight things that are always true.

  1. Only people who know you.

We contact people who did business with you or reached out to you: past customers, open estimates, missed calls, form fills. No bought lists, no scraped numbers, no "lookalikes."

  2. Permission comes first.

Someone who gave you their number when they asked for a quote expected to hear from you about it. Someone who never gave it to you did not, and we do not message them.

  3. Every message says who it is from.

Your business name is in the first line of the first message, and in every one after it. Nobody wonders who is writing.

  4. Reasonable hours, their time zone.

Messages go out in the customer's local daytime, never at night, never on their holidays. Where a state sets a stricter window, we use the stricter one.

  5. Spaced out, never piled on.

A few touches over a few weeks, with room between them. A customer who does not answer is not chased every day.

  6. "Stop" means stop. Everywhere.

A stop, an unsubscribe, a "please don't," or a plain no ends the conversation on text, email, and phone at once, and it stays ended.

  7. Your prices and offers are yours.

Your rep never promises a price, a discount, or a timeline you did not approve. When it is not sure, it asks you.

  8. What we refuse to do.

No bought lists. No messages that hide who they are from. No pressure after a no. No health details in a text. No promises of results we cannot see yet.

The legal version is in our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.
