Why we exist

Most local businesses spend nearly all of their marketing money on strangers: ads, lead services, directories, mailers. Meanwhile the people who already called, already got a quote, or already paid them once sit in a spreadsheet and never hear from them again.

Rekindle IQ exists to work that list. We help high-ticket local businesses, like roofers, HVAC companies, and med spas, bring past customers, stalled quotes, and missed calls back onto their calendar.

What we do

• We start the conversations. We reach the people on your list by text, email, and phone, in your business's name, at the right moment for each of them.
• We answer every reply. A yes gets a time, a question gets an answer, a "not now" gets remembered, and a stop ends it everywhere.
• We put the ready ones on your calendar. Booked appointments land on your calendar, or a ready customer is connected to your phone while they are still interested.
• You see all of it. Every conversation and appointment is in your own dashboard.

How we work

Every business is different: list size, average job, season, and how you want customers handled. So there is no rate card. We start with a short call, look at your list, map the campaign, and agree terms that fit your numbers before anything goes out.

Our standards

• Only people who know you. We contact people who did business with you or reached out to you. No bought lists, no scraped numbers.
• Always clear who is writing. Every message says which business it is from.
• Stop means stop. One stop ends every channel, for good.
• Reasonable hours. Messages go out at sensible times in your customer's own time zone.
• Your prices are yours. We never promise a price, a discount, or a timeline you did not approve.
• No results promises. We will tell you what is realistic for your list, and we will not pretend to know more than that.
